Hi Friends, What did you implement last week? When I heard about Aikido in an interview, I immediately knew I needed to tell you about this. And I have a special guest explaining this martial art technique to you. Here is a definition of Aikido from Miriam Webster:
A Japanese form of self defense employing locks and holds utilizing the principle of non resistance to cause the opponent's own momentum to work against him.
This intrigued me, and I watched several videos and learned a little more about it.
Have you ever had an "opponent" come at you with words, accusations, blame, falsehoods.....?
I'm sure you have.
Watch the video below to learn about the technique and how to apply this in relationships.
You are in for a special treat as my special guest explains this and how we can learn to apply it in our daily lives.
The 'magic' phrase from the video is : "When this happens ( fill in the blank)...,I feel...., and I'd really love ...."
Imagine the stress diffusing.
