Hi Friends,
I hope you were inspired last week to speak the truth in love.
This week, as Thanksgiving approaches, I know that you are busy, so I will make this short, sweet and practical. I want you to have a kick starter list of some sentences/affirmations/prayers that you can copy and paste and use for yourself.
I have made it a habit to list things I am grateful for when I wake up in the middle of the night. I also like to include gratefulness in my morning routine. As you are pepping for a big meal or a big trip to see family, just use the list below.
Life is full of moments to be grateful for, even when it doesn’t feel like it. Sometimes, it’s the common, every day things—the things we often overlook—that bring the most meaning and comfort. I’ve been reflecting on what truly matters, and I realized how much there is to be thankful for, right here and now. These 15 things remind me that gratitude doesn’t have to be complicated; it just has to be real.
I’m so grateful to be alive and to wake up to a fresh start every day.
I’m thankful for all the ups and downs in my life—they’ve taught me so much and helped me grow.
I’m grateful that I get to decide how I react to what life throws my way.
I’m thankful for the chance to make changes and try something new whenever I feel ready.
I’m so grateful for the people I love and the way they make my life brighter.
I’m in awe of how amazing this planet is—the colors, the sounds, the little things like birds singing and flowers blooming.
I’m thankful for the freedom to live my life how I want and to make my own choices.
I’m grateful that I can shift my mood and find a better outlook when I need it.
I feel blessed for all the good things that have come into my life, big and small.
I’m so thankful for the moment—it’s helped me feel calmer and more in control.
I’m comforted knowing I’m never really alone, even when life feels tough.
I’m grateful that a higher power has got my back and is looking out for me every step of the way.
I’m thankful for all the things I’ve learned this year—it’s been a journey, but it’s been worth it.
I’m so appreciative of the help, guidance, and answers I’ve received when I’ve needed them.
I’m grateful for the tools and resources that are helping me grow and figure things out as I go.
Gratitude is a powerful thing—it shifts your focus from what’s missing to what’s already here. By taking the time to appreciate these moments, lessons, and people, I’m reminded of how much abundance surrounds me every day. Life may not be perfect, but it’s full of blessings if I just take the time to notice them. For that, I’m deeply thankful. And, I am grateful for you, the reader. For the time you take to sit down with me. For your kind responses and sharing when something touched you.
Here is this weeks affirmation:
I see blessings every day.
Isabelle
You are loved. Deeply loved. Loved beyond measure.
Until next time,
Isabelle
