Tuesday Thoughts And Half Way There

Hi Friends,

I am glad the phrases from last week resonated with you. As always I am so glad to hear from you!

Did you notice that we are already half way through the year? How is that possible?

And when you read the title, did you hear Bon Jovi's voice in your head? I did.

I thought, since we are half way through the year, let’s look back and review.

It's always good to pause and take a moment to check with ourselves. How are we doing? How did we do so far? To help you do that, I have a few questions for you.

Take one or all, and just sit and contemplate for awhile. Let there be no judgment. We didn't fail. We learned a lesson in what not to do. And when you embrace that lesson, your next half of the year will be better because you will go into it with more wisdom.

  1. How did the first half of the year feel to you?

  2. What was your biggest lesson so far this year?

  3. What needed your attention and energy the most?

  4. What held you back?

  5. What would you like to concentrate on in the second half?

  6. Are there areas in your life that feel out of balance?

  7. What word would you use to describe the first half of the year?

  8. What word would you use to describe how you want to feel in the second half of this year?

  9. What would you like to let go of?

  10. What would you like to give your whole self to?

Reflecting on the first half of the year, it's amazing to see how much we've achieved and grown. We've faced challenges, embraced new opportunities, and navigated changes with resilience and grace. Each moment has shaped us, teaching us valuable lessons and pushing us to become better versions of ourselves. We've seen the power of letting go, making room for new experiences and connections. The importance of proving our worth, standing out, and finding meaning in our pursuits has become clearer. And as we’ve explored new avenues, from the personal milestones to the global stage, we've been reminded of the vitality that change and innovation bring to our lives.

As we look back, let's celebrate our accomplishments and the steps we've taken towards our goals. Let’s also acknowledge the areas where we can improve, using our experiences as stepping stones for the months ahead.

The journey is far from over, and the best is yet to come. Together, let's move forward with renewed energy, ready to embrace the second half of the year with optimism, determination, and a heart open to new possibilities.

This week's affirmation:

I have renewed energy for the months to come.

Isabelle
