Hi Friends, What did you implement last week? Did you do the exercise? Last week we explained thoughts and circumstances. This week we will explore feelings. Feelings are created by your thoughts. That's right. The definition of feeling is : 1) An emotional state or reaction 2) One of the basic physical senses of which the skin contains the chief organs and of which the sensations of touch and temperature are characteristic
Let's go with the physical sensation definition.
The examples of circumstances I used last week, like the temperature, the brand of your car, the number on your scale, the age of your child, the house you live in, your spouse, your boss and so on, those circumstances DO NOT cause your feelings.
It is the thoughts we have about the circumstance that causes our feelings.
And those actions give us the results we have. Wanted or unwanted.

And it is those feelings that drive our behaviors, our actions.
