Hi Friends,
I trust you were encouraged by last week’s blog on grief, courage and new beginnings.Today is Christmas Eve and I want you to have this prayer to guide you through the festive days. We will do a little more reflection at the end of the month. It is not a religious prayer. It is a prayer for everybody no matter what your background is. It is not mine but it touched me so I translated it for you. Credits go to Coach Laura Malina Seiler.
I trust in the path that my soul has chosen, even if it is not always easy. I ask for the strength to look at my innermost being and to let go of the old that no longer serves me. Lead me courageously into the new, even if I cannot yet see the next step.
Help me to understand that the challenges in front of me are not too big, but the teachers that will lead me back to my true power. Remind me that I am not here to be perfect, but to grow authentically - in love, in strength and in wisdom.
May I recognize my light even in the darkness.May I realize that every obstacle is a door that leads me to a new level of my being.
I ask for patience with myself, compassion for my journey and trust in the divine plan. Let me feel that my steps are not just for myself, but that they carry a light into the world that inspires others too.
I give up my resistance.
I open my heart to acceptance.
I invite the light of divine wisdom to guide me.
May I find the clarity I seek today ,feel the peace I need, and have the courage to move forward in love.
So be it.
