Up Level Thursday And Your Best Friend

Hi friends,

how are you?

Who is your best friend?

What if I told you that it's you?

Or rather, it could be you.

Here'a why.

Your own words about yourself are super powerful. Are you aware of how you talk about yourself?

There are three people in the picture above. Celebrating.

What if that is you? Your old self? And your future self?

How do you talk about your past self?

About your present self?

About your future self?

I have a good idea. And it's probably not very good.

You beat yourself up over past mistakes and failures.

You beat yourself up about your current situation.

And all that creates who you are in the future.

It’s all yours. If you want something for yourself or your life, you can create it in your future if you’re willing to do what’s required. Even if you’ve never done it before. Even if it’s the opposite of who you’ve been in the past.

It takes work to change. It takes work to change your self talk to become your best friend.

Instead, we get stuck in the past. We start reflecting on the things that went wrong. The things we messed up.

If you find yourself in resentment, blame or disappointment about your life, I’m the last one to tell you something is wrong with you or that you shouldn’t do that.

I just want you to ask yourself if there is an upside. If it makes up for the past in some way. If it changes something that should have been different.

And if not, then let’s focus on creating the future you want instead.

I can help you find ways to become your best friend.

And be kinder to your past self. And use your future self to motivate you.

Are you ready?
