Hi friends, how are you? I want to offer you relief from something we struggle with , even as adults. And that is how we define ourselves. I have written earlier about how our past does not define us. If you struggle with that, please reach out and let's set up a call to see how I can help you. For today, let's talk about the "little" everyday things that we let creep in. We all do. And that's the work I love doing on myself and with my clients. To understand how our brain affects our emotions because of things we belief. Below is a list of examples:
Things that do not define you:
The number of times you fail.
What other people think of you.
The number of likes on your post.
The way your hair looks at any given time.
Your kids' grades
How much you got done today.
The condition of your home.
Your kids' behavior.
Your church attendance .
The shape and size of your body.
Your spouse's mood.
How many customer/clients you have.
The number in your bank account.
Your hobbies.
Your talents.
The number of friends.
The number on the scale.
We care about those things, just be aware that they DO NOT have to define you. You choose.
PS: Message me for a free consult.
You are loved. Deeply loved. Loved beyond measure.
